    Broiled Scallops,I haven’t seen a lot of scallops recipes on this site, so here’s a nice one.,When you say ‘a container for the broiler’, does this mean on a broiler pan (drippings drop down)? Or a pan/dish that can be broiled?,If you broil sea scallops for 12 minutes per side, you will most likely have unappealing, very over done, scallops in your broiler pan.
