Brown Sugar Honey Baked Ham,This is the only way I make my ham for New Years and Easter.,This will be the recipe use from now on. I made it tonight and It is absolutely delicious!,I have never baked a ham (ever), but ended up with a 10.5 lb. uncooked ham in the freezer. I wanted to find a recipe that was EZ and whose ingredients I most likely had on hand. This is that recipe. I prepared the ham as described and baked it for 4.5 hours basting every hour. If I ever bake a ham again, and after trying this winner, I most likely will, I won’t even consider any other recipe. The ham is moist and really tasty without being overpowered. As the ham bakes, there are more and more juices for basting, which are extremely useful and tasty as well. I’m trying to figure out how I can save the juices and use them in something else! Thank you!

Rinse Ham and Place in Large Baking Pan. |

Pour Honey Over Ham. Using Your Hands, Pack the Brown Sugar Evenly Over the Ham, Pressing Firmly So That the Sugar Will Stick. |

Cover and Place in Oven. Bake For 1 1/2 to 2 Hours Depending on Size of Ham. (since It Is Fully Cooked, All You Are Doing Is Warming It Up.) Baste With Juices. |
