Brunch Casserole

This really is very good....better than expected since there are only a few ingredients listed. I added onion, a few cloves of garlic and additional seasoning. I rarely rate recipes unless they are exceptionally good or bad, and this was worth rating 5 stars! Also, I did not let it sit overnight, that is not a requirement.

Brunch Casserole, A favorite casserole that my family has been making for years, This really is very good….better than expected since there are only a few ingredients listed. I added onion, a few cloves of garlic and additional seasoning. I rarely rate recipes unless they are exceptionally good or bad, and this was worth rating 5 stars! Also, I did not let it sit overnight, that is not a requirement., Excellent! I substituted blanched fresh asparagus for the broccoli and rye bread cubes for the whole wheat bread cubes. Love, love, love the flavors and it made a lot.
