Bruschetta ‘n Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts – K, These are so goooodddd and easy No need for sweating over a hot stove to have such a deliscious meal! This is also from kraftfoods com , This is a wonderful recipe It is one I got from the Kraft website I bet I have made it 15 times It gets rave reviews from company We like it better the nexr day all the flavors really meld together , My whole family and guests agreed that this is five stars and I’m adding to my favorites I actualy received this one off of a recipe exchange with friends How is it possible that I haven’t made this before? This was so super easy and looked beautiful This is a good one because it uses stuff I typically have on hand I buy the generic stuffing mix in bulk because it is so much cheaper So, I just eyeballed the amount until it was just moistened I didn’t have Italian diced tomatoes So, I threw in about a tablespoon of Italian seasoning and used fresh Basil from my herb garden We served this with cheesy broccoli and pasta salad for 2 other couples and they thought it looked gourmet Ha! I liked this dish because I was able to prepare everything earlier in the day and put the covered dish in the fridge The cooking time of 40 minutes was accurate My prep time was about 15-20 minutes, and that was pounding out 8 chicken breasts
