    Combine the Chicken, Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper. Form Into Small Meatballs, Place on a Baking Sheet, Spray With Oil (pam) and Bake at 400 Degrees Till Lightly Browned.

    in a Skillet, Heat Butter and Combine With Frank's Red Hot. Toss Meatballs in the Sauce, Serve Hot With Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing to Dip.
