    Saut Onions in Butter or Oil Until Golden Brown. Add Tomatoes and Continue Sauting 5 Minutes. Add Meat and Brown. Stir in Curry Powder; Continue Cooking Until Flavors Have Blended. Add Enough of Reserved Stock to Make Stew of Desired Consistency.
