Butter Pecan Muffins, There is nothing like freshly baked muffins in the morning for breakfast with a nice hot cup of coffee I hope you enjoy this recipe , These are delicious! They are not overly sweet, so if you like sweeter muffins, add more sugar I wouldn’t change it, however! I made these into mini muffins, baking only about 7-8 min I also probably added more pecans; I just eyeballed it I chopped them pretty finely as well I didn’t have any self-rising flour, so I looked up how to ‘make’ my own-super easy , great using raisin bran also, and I add dates IOD
