Buttermilk Panna Cotta, The Buttermilk in this Panna Cotta recipe gives a wonderful tang to a normally dull sweet-milk taste This is just slightly sweet, and wonderfully easy to make Use my strawberry-pomegranate coulis, or even just whipped cream on top to serve , Excellent and far better and easier than another buttermilk panna cotta recipe I tried recently Nice texture and flavor Thanks!, Wow! I had never heard of panna cotta before, so this is the first one I’ve tried I served mine with strawberry coulis (also new to me) and I very much enjoyed this Thank-you!
