Buttermilk Roasted Potatoes,Regular russet potatoes will work fine in this recipe if you are unable to find the Yukon Gold.,We loved these. used Yukon gold potatoes and left the peels on. Forgot the chives even though I happened to have some. Will definitely make again.,Very interesting way to make potatoes i loved the roasted potato flavor and was pleasantly surprised that the buttermilk didn’t really have the tang that i expected but added great creaminess and flavor. used red potatoes this time but will try again with yukon.
