Butterscotch Apple Pecan Cobbler, With fall just around the corner, here’s a perfect apple dessert. This smells awesome as it bakes in your oven!, Made this for a work carry in, it was well received but I thought it was pretty rich and I should have brought whipped cream or ice cream to cut the sweet. My fault – live and learn. I might make it again because it was well received and got good reviews, not sure.
