This is REALLY good - used a HUGE hodge podge of stuff from my fridge with different amounts of everything - but the ingredients were green peas, broccoli, Brussels sprouts (I cut them up for this recipe) carrots, a little bit of leftover cauliflower & cheese - and I tossed in two cans of drained tuna followed your recipe the rest of the way from the mac & cheese on down and it was absolutely DELICIOUS - served it with a tomato cucumber onion salad and fresh buttermilk biscuits & warm honey - EVERYONE wanted seconds and not one single bite was left - to me that's a sign of an AWESOME COMFY!!! Thanks SO MUCH for posting this!!!!
