Cabbage and Potatoes,I found a similar recipe on the web and wanted to reduce the fat content without losing the flavor. This was the end result. The bacon and bacon fat are minimal but a must for the proper flavor.,Perfect cabbage-potato dish. used a vidalia onion as that is what I had on hand. That little bit of red wine vinegar was a “gentle” amount to not over power the cabbage dish. I had one lonely carrot in the fridge so I shredded it and added it at the end. I will definitely make this again. Great recipe!!,This turned out great! I was going to steam cabbage for the new year, but at the last minute wanted something more complex. I had all of the ingredients on hand so I gave it a chance. Turned out great! Thank you!
