1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
4 cups cabbage, coarsely shredded
3 roma tomatoes, chopped
3 ounces low-fat cheese, shredded (your choice)
salt & pepper

    Cabbage Burger Casserole, Comfort and Simple in the same sentence it must be good , I made this it came out better than I expected using the 1lb cole slaw mix made it even easier also I had the ground beef and onions already fried together in the freezer which made it even EASIER!!! I thought it could have used a little more sauce next time I make it I might add some tomato sauce with the spaghetti sauce anyone who likes stuffed cabbage will really like this recipe!!!, Comfort and Simple in the same sentence it must be good

    Brown the Meat and Onions.

    Add Carrots, Tomato Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Chili Flakes.

    Season With Salt and Pepper.

    Lightly Spray a 2 1/2 Quart Casserole Dish (with Lid) With Oil.

    Put the Cabbage in the Bottom of the Casserole Dish.

    Add the Meat Mixture on Top.

    Top With Tomatoes.

    Cover and Bake in a 350f Oven For 1 Hour.

    Remove Cover Add Cheese Continue Baking For a Further 15 Minutes.
