2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon milk
coarse salt (optional)
cracked pepper (optional)
sesame seeds (optional) or poppy seed (optional)

    Continue Cooking, Stirring Occasionally, Until Cabbage Is Crisp-Tender (5 to 6 Minutes).
