Cajun Grilled Shrimp, This grilled shrimp recipe came from a neighbor, Katie These shrimp are a nice change from the regular Cocktail shrimp The ingredient list looks long, but very easy to make with sprices/herbs that are usually onhand Easy make-ahead, or bring with appetizer Frozen shrimp work great , Made this last night Great flavor and awesomely spicy! I had less shrimp than I thought, so I had extra marinade I hate throwing stuff out, so I cooked the shrimp in the marinade and mixed it with cooked white rice 1 cup rice still left it a bit soupy 2 cups gave it a great consistency, but still pretty spicy I just added another cup of rice to the leftovers and I think that might work out just perfectly 🙂
