Cajun Seasoning,I now prefer using this mix then from what used to buy in the supermarket. Nice little gift too. Play with it and adjust spicyness to your own liking.,Made this as directed except used regular black pepper (what I had) instead of white. The smell alone is awesome, will use this in a cajun recipe I’m making but can see it being used on many, many things. Made for Cook a thon in memory of Pets R us
