Campbells Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

    I made it following the recipe and after assembling in the pan, it didn't look like it would be enough rice. I decided to dump it in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish and doubled the rice. I then added a regular size can of chicken broth to compensate. Sprinkled with paprika and salt/pepper.

    Campbells Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole, I got this recipe from a magazine and tried it It is delicious so here it is , I made it following the recipe and after assembling in the pan, it didn’t look like it would be enough rice I decided to dump it in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish and doubled the rice I then added a regular size can of chicken broth to compensate Sprinkled with paprika and salt/pepper , We liked this on a rainy evening It smelled delicious and is comfort food I did make several tweaks, so I will leave feedback in that section

    Stir the Soup, Water, Rice, Vegetables and Onion Powder in a 12" X 8" Shallow Baking Dish.

    Top With Chicken. Season Chicken as Desired. Cover.

    Bake at 375 Degrees For 45 Minute or Until Done. Top With Cheese.

    Serve With a Green Salad and Bread of Your Choice.
