Very decorative and easier to make than I would have expected. I only made the cranberries but as a decoration only I would love to use this method with holly one day. Thanks for this lovely recipe!

Sugared Cranberries and Sage Leaves,These would be great as either a garnish for sweet potatoes or meat platters, or just as snacks. Bon Appetit Nov/07. Cooking times do not include 3 hours drying.,Very decorative and easier to make than I would have expected. I only made the cranberries but as a decoration only I would love to use this method with holly one day. Thanks for this lovely recipe!,used this method to make sugared strawberries and they turned out beautifully. Very good and easy method for sugaring if you don’t want to use egg whites. I will definitely use this method again.
