Canyon Ranch Fruit Gazpacho, This recipe is from the Great Tastes – Healthy Cooking From Canyon Ranch cookbook This is being posted for the strawberry swap , Fresh, tasty and quick , Now this is my kind of ‘gazpacho’ ~ ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I was going to leave out the pepper but included it at the last minute & am glad I did, as it gave the fruit soup just enough of a change as to make it special! Thanks for a great keeper!
