Caramel Apple Salad,This recipe was shared by one of my fellow Weight Watchers. I’m not much of a person for sweets, but this was REALLY good in my book! 1 Cup equals 5 points.,My family seemed to enjoy the salad enough but I didn’t care for it much and won’t make it again. The apples tasted much better before they were added to the salad.,I cannot believe that anyone would write a semi-negative review of this salad, it is delicious! It is amazing to think that it is fat free..I really don’t think anyone would guess, and would utterly amazed if you told them. I kept stealing back to the fridge to sneak more and more and didn’t have to feel the guilt afterwards. I will definately be bringing this salad to Thanksgiving. I think I will sprinkle crushed reduced-fat (or fat-free if they make those) Nilla Wafers all over it (or nuts). Seriously, try this recipe if you are watching your weight, you won’t regret it.
