    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.

    Peel, Core and Thinly Slice Apples. Place in Bowl and Sprinkle Lemon Juice Over Them. Toss and Set Aside.

    in Skillet Over Medium Heat Melt Butter and Whisk in Brown Sugar.

    Put Apples in Butter and Brown Sugar Mixture Adding Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Pinch of Salt and Stir Together Well.

    Turn Heat Down to Low and Cover Cooking Apples Until Tender Approximately 10 Minutes.

    Melt Butter in Microwave. Place Pitas on Baking Sheet and Lightly Brush Melted Butter on Top. Sprinkle Sugar on Melted Butter.

    Place in Oven and Bake Until Sugar Is Melted. This Happens Quickly So Do not Take Eyes Off Oven.
