Cardamom Banana Bread With Pistachios, Cooking Light September 2003 , I really liked this recipe for banana bread The cardamom intensified the banana flavor and the pistachios added a nice crunch I also added vanilla and nutmeg to compliment the flavors in the recipe I will make it again , This is a delicious bread! I didn’t have cardamom, so substituted with 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cinnamon Thank you so much
