    Cardamom Lassi,This recipe comes from Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez, who opened a tiny shop in Manhattan called Lassi, selling especially fresh and vibrant version of classic Punjabi dishes.,This was my first experience making a lassi. It was so good! I will be making it again,So simple and definite cardamom flavour! I also like the thicker texture, as well as the superb flavour!

    Spoon the Yogurt Into a Blender. Add 6 Tbls. of the Sugar to the Yogurt. Add Ice and Cardamom and Blend Until the Yogurt Mixture Is Smooth and Frothy. Add Up to 2 More Tbls. of Sugar If You Want a Sweeter Drink. Pour Into Tall Galsses and Serve Cold. Enjoy!
