2 tablespoons dark rum (or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract)
1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut

The flavors of the rum, coconut, pecans and the very moist buttery topping with a limey tang was very unusual but absolutely delicious.
