Caribbean Mango Tilapia,Tilapia (teh-LAH-pee-uh), sometimes referred to as St. Peter’s fish or Hawaiian sunfish, is a farm-raised white fish with a delicate texture and sweet flavor.,The fish was very flavorful, enjoyed it with the mango marinade sauce on it. I made this recipe as written, except I only used 1 serrano chili, I also cooked the fish in the broiler.
