Caribbean Pork And Mango Stir- Fry

    Cuisine:

This was a great recipe. I did make some changes however. The mangoes at the grocery store didn't look fresh so used pineapple chunks instead and 1/2 cup mango nectar and 1/2 cup orange juice. It turned out beautiful. Thanks.

Caribbean Pork and Mango Stir-Fry,Quick and tasty served with steamed rice or cabbage.,This was a great recipe. I did make some changes however. The mangoes at the grocery store didn’t look fresh so used pineapple chunks instead and 1/2 cup mango nectar and 1/2 cup orange juice. It turned out beautiful. Thanks.,Very, very good weeknight meal 🙂 I marinated the sliced pork in a mixture of jerk spice, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, orange juice and lime juice for 4 hours. Used scotch bonnet pepper sauce for some extra ‘kick’. Served with brown rice. Thanks to the poster!
