In a Medium Skillet, Heat the Oil Over Medium Heat. Add the Onions, Scallions, 1/4 T. Salt and White Pepper. Reduce Heat to Medium-Low and Cook the Onions Until They Turn a Nice Golden Brown Color, Stirring Frequently, About 20 Minutes. Remove from the Heat and Let Cool Down. |
