Carne De Cerdo Guisado – Browned Pork

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is an outstanding recipe! It is amazing how this simple combination of ingredients could result in such a flavorful dish. I have travelled to the Dominican Republic for work and have enjoyed their cuisine - flavorful without the heat often overly associated with latin american food. Sabroso!! We will make this again. Thank you Chocolatl - you will be missed.
