Carrot Cake Muffin Cookies! Low Fat!, The name is strange, I know, but when you bite into one of these cookies its like a carrot cake muffin! They are so sweet and yummy and you will never miss the fatty version Only 1 point for Weight Watchers as well! These are also dairy and egg free!, For low-fat they tasted pretty good, a litle dry however But they rise beautifully and smell divine Miss Pixie x x x, I loved this recipe a lot I have made it a number of times, though I have put my own flair on it I added walnuts, flax seed and poppy seeds, and the second time around I added more carrot and a bit of apple This recipe is great as you can alter it any way you like!
