    Combine All Ingredients Except Lettuce in Small Bowl. Wash and Gently Dry Lettuce Leaves; Remove Hard Core Ends. Spoon 1/3 to 1/2 Cup Carrot Mixture Across Center of Each Lettuce Leaf. Tuck in Ends and Roll Tightly.
