Chicken and cashews yum…I usually serve this with veggie fried rice., Why am I unable to print this recipe? I’ve tried everything and it just won’t print. Thanksl, Super easy and satisfying stir-fry recipe. I love cashews and chicken with the addition of lots of veggies. I ended up using a bag of frozen slightly thawed stir-fry veggies and it worked out really well – I just had to heat them a bit longer. I served this over brown rice for a quick and easy meal.
