Cashew Shrimp,This is a lovely, tasty shrimp. I serve it with a side of rice and a green vegetable.,I tried this last night. It was ok and made good use of the two things I had quite a bit of (cashews and shrimps) but wasn’t very flavorful. Would look for more of a thai-style recipe next time.
