    Cassava in Coconut (Muhogo Wa Nazi), I found this on the internet Posted for ZWT7-Africa , This was a very nice side dish I didn’t know what thick coconut milk was and used a coconut creram which was sweetened This made the dish sweet, but I liked it! Thanks for posting as I am always looking for different ways to prepare yuca which my husband loves made for ZWT 7

    In a Saucepan, Add the Chopped Green Chilies, Onion, Salt, and Tomatoes. Add Chopped Cassava and Light Coconut Milk. Cook Until the Milk Has Almost Evaporated (cook Over Medium Heat). Add the Thick Coconut Milk and Bring to a Boil. Cook For Exactly 5 Minutes. Allow to Cool and Garnish With a Few Coriander Leaves.
