Place Artichoke Hearts in Food Processor. Pulse a Few Times. You May Dice by Hand If You Do not Own a Food Processor.

Squeeze Any Remaining Liquid Out of Thawed Spinach.

Combine All Ingredients in a Bowl. Transfer to Oven-Safe Dish.

Bake For 20 - 25 Minutes at 375 Degrees. or Place in Crockpot on Low and Heat Through (about 90 Minutes).
