Cast Iron Skillet Cajun Chicken, This recipe is so easy – and so good! One of my favorite dishes that my mother-in-law has been making for years Perfect when accompanied with rice Preparing in a good seasoned cast iron skillet is a must for the flavor to come out right I prefer using chicken breasts with bones, but my husband likes boneless – either way it comes out great!, No tweaks – it was absolutely perfect!, Fabulous, easy dish! I made this to try something different in our menu, and is now a house favorite! Although I like spice, not everyone does in my house I was worried it may be too spicy with the cajun seasoning, but it was just perfect! It added a little warmth to the flavor without making it too spicy for my family Definitely a must try!!
