1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt

Cauliflower Casserole

    This was a great recipe just tweaked it a bit. I added herbed goat cheese, herbed feta, parm and white sharp cheddar. I also saut the onions and peppers red with a little bit of good butter for about 5 min. Used Italian croutons with crackers crushed. Sour cream and Greek yogurt. I also added smoke paprika. It was delicious.

    Put Cauliflower in Saucepan, Add 1 Cup Water, Cover and Cook on Med For 8 Minutes.

    Drain.

    Mix Cauliflower With Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Crumbs, Pepper, Onions, and Salt.

    Put in Greased 2qt Casserole.

    Bake, Uncovered at 325* For 30 Minutes.
