    Loved this! I added a zucchini because I didn't have quite enough cauliflower on hand. I thought the flavors in this dish were stellar. It really would make a good side with many options. Next time I won't cook the veggoes quite as long. I think they would be even better just a bit crisper. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

    Heat the Oil in the Pan and Put Tomatoes, Cauliflower, Onion and Cumin Seeds in the Oil.

    Place the Lid on the Pan, Until the Cauliflower Is Cooked, About 15 Minutes.
