Char Siu Pork Stir-Fry, An easy-to-prepare, quick-to-make weeknight recipe from Woolworths February 2009 ‘Fresh’ magazine., This was pretty good. I had to look up what Char Siu sauce was, for American’s it’s just Chinese barbecue sauce. I couldn’t find any green shallots, so I just used regular. I think I added a bit too much of the sauce, though. Ours was hot pink, but tasted fantastic! I think I’ll try water chestnuts instead of walnuts next time., This was pretty good.
