    Place the Pork and Sauces in a Medium Bowl; Toss to Coat; Cover and Refrigerate For 2 Hours, or Overnight; Drain the Pork, Reserving the Marinade.

    Heat the Oil in a Hot Wok; Add the Pork in Two Batches; Stir-Fry For 5 Minutes or Until It Is Just Cooked Through; Remove from the Wok and Cover to Keep Warm While Cooking the Second Batch.

    Place the Reserved Marinade in a Small Saucepan; Bring to the Boil and Gently Simmer For 5 Minutes; Remove from the Heat and Cover to Keep Warm.

    Heat Tortillas According to the Packet Directions; Divide the Pork Among the Tortillas; Top With Onions, Carrot and Capsicum; Roll Up Tightly to Enclose the Filling; Secure With a Toothpick.
