Directions
Charcoal Grilled Chicken,Excellent Experience. its better to to grill the this on normal stove instead of coals…,Very good chicken. I did on my Holland gas grill, which is more like an outdoor oven than a grill. I will try again soon on my charcoal grill. I did leg quarters and they turned out tender and moist. The skin was crunchy. Just the why I like it. While no way over powering, the lemon was the dominant flavor. I was out of olive oil so I substitued peanut oil.
