Charlie Walkers Pork Chop Casserole, My Grandpa has made this recipe for years It is quick and easy and very filling I like to add a little celery salt and a little garlic salt You can also substitute cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom But both are equally good , Tried this and LOVED it!!! So perfect and yummy- not to mention, I had everything on h and! Preheat the Oven to 375degrees. Brown the Pork Chops in a Skillet. Place the Potatoes Into a Baking Dish. Mix Together the Soup, Milk, Onions, Salt, and Pepper. Pour the Mixture Over the Potatoes and Place the Pork Chops Over the Potatoes and Sprinkle With Cheese. Bake Oncovered For About 1 Hour or Until the Potatoes Are Done.
