Soak Beans in a Bowl Full of Plenty of Water Overnight. |

Drain and Rinse Beans and Put Into a Large Pot of Boiling Water, Reduce Heat, Cover, and Simmer For About 2 Hours or Until Done. Add Water as Needed--You Cannot Add Too Much Water! |

Dice the Onion, Tomato, Pepper, and Garlic. |

Add Garlic, Onions, Salt, and Oil to a Fry Pan Over Medium Heat. Saute For About 5 Minutes. |

Add Other Vegetables and Sugar and Raise Heat to Medium-High, Saute For Another 5 Minutes. Saute Longer If You Want Mushier Veggies (some Kids Will Prefer This). |

Add Beans and Chili Powder and Cook Until Heated Through, Then Reduce Heat to Low, Cover, and Let It Sit For About 5 Minutes. |
