    This is a great recipe for an easy savory meat pie! I had a left over homemade pie crust and extra ground beef in the refrigerator so looked for a single crust meat pie. This was perfect. I followed the recipe; however I added one teaspoon of herbes de Provence and one teaspoon of paprika as well as replacing the salt with adobo Criollo. Amazingly flavorful; great comfort food. Will make it again! I could also imagine the recipe with other ground meats e.g. chorizo or Italian sausage and other cheeses e.g. chile jack or swiss.

    Cheddar Cheesy Meat Pie, This is from our Church cookbook, it’s very simple and so yummy! Something different when you don’t know what to do with ground beef. Serve it with mashed potatoes or French Fries and the kids will love it. This is the kid friendly version, you can spice it up with some chiles or hot pepper sauce if you want to. We like it as is served with HP sauce., This is a great recipe for an easy savory meat pie! I could also imagine the recipe with other ground meats e.g. chorizo or Italian sausage and other cheeses e.g. chile jack or swiss., OK I’m not typing a review I’m typing a preview because I haven’t made it yet but I’m about to I have ground meat some pie crust rolled up already in the refrigerator bunch of different cheeses including ricotta cheese that I have to use probably by today so I am going to make a few changes and 1/2 c milk , 1 egg, with what’s left of the ricotta cheese I have in the fridge probably about 4 ounces to pour over my ground beef mixture which I added sun-dried tomatoes and some leftover marinara sauce to. we’ll see how it comes out. Oh yeah also I’m adding some mozzarella shredded cheese on top of the whole mixture

    Brown Ground Beef With Onion and Garlic, Drain Fat Off Well.

    Stir Flour, Salt and Pepper Over Browned Beef.

    Whisk Milk, Eggs and Worcestershire Sauce Together and Carefully Pour Over Ground Beef and Cheddar.

    Bake at 400 Degrees F For 35-40 Minutes.
