Cheddar Shortbread Hearts, Another recipe from Moosewood Restaurant A delicious wafer, similar to goldfish crackers Serve with Recipe #241528 , Excellent! I’ve made cheese wafers before but usually with cayenne Old Bay is such a wonderful, and I believe better, addition Very easy and go together quickly Will work best with cheese that is freshly grated, not the pre-grated stuff that comes in a bag used pumpkin cookie cutters and will add this recipe to my Halloween cookbook It’s great to keep in mind for Fall, Thanksgiving, or Longhorn football parties:) since the crackers are a lovely burnt orange color Also a great addition to school lunches and a nice source of protein for my picky child I look forward to trying your Tomato Lime Pesto as suggested It sounds fabulous as well Thanks for sharing your recipe!
