Cheddar-Stuffed Celery, I can’t believe that there isn’t a recipe like this already posted but I searched 7 pages and could not find one. It is simple and tasty. Lovely on an appetizer tray or on your salad plate. I like to use McLaren’s Imperial but any nice nippy cheddar will do. use Lite Mayo, This is a go to appetizer I learned from my mother-in-law more than 20 years ago but our recipe steps it up a notch. We zest a bit of juice from an onion and add a few splashes of worchestershire sauce. You could use onion powder instead but I find using a zester on onion until you get about a tsp of juice tastes best. The plate is always empty at the end of the party and its equally popular with kids and adults. Also, this is a great snack if your going low carb for a few days., Great recipe for simple quick appetizer or snack. I’m looking forward to making it again adding a few drops of Frank’s for a little zing and kick. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
