Cheerios Banana Raisin Muffins, Source: Betty Crocker, I doubled the recipe since people said so good; used half multigrain & half honey nut Cheerios I didn’t want to throw away 4 egg yolks, so used 2 egg whites & half mashed avocado for other 2 whites Subbed about cup applesauce for oil & used mixture dried cranberries & raisins Oh & I didn’t have buttermilk so put about 1 Tbls lemon juice in 1?c milk Made 24 muffins & baked for 20min These things are ah-ma-zinggg!!! Very moist & awesome that they are pretty healthy!! 2 thumbs wayyy up!!
