Cheese and Jalapeno Focaccia Bread, The most delicious bread I have ever made, and surprisingly easy You can top with onions, rosemary, or other herbs spices and cheeses for a variation I like to double the jalapeno’s and use jarred old el paso peppers because they are my favorite If you cut it in half and put sandwich meat and veggies in the middle its a supper to die for , I did make some changes, but only for my preference of taste Instead of water, used beer I also added about 1/2 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese to the dough, as well as about a 1/4 cup diced jalapenos Then added more jalapeno and cheese to the top Very, very yummy and easy recipe!, Made this today to go with a pot of chili and it was sooooooo good! Only tweaks were I let it rise 45 minutes, used pickled jalapeo slices that I drained on paper towels, and baked only 15 minutes It was still crunchy on the bottom and sides and super soft inside Definitely saving this recipe!!
