Cheese and Onion Enchiladas,When I eat at a Mexican restaurant, I always like to order cheese and onion enchiladas as opposed to the ones with meat in them. I am glad I found this recipe. Whip this recipe up with ingredients you have on hand.,Yum. Easy and delicious. This is a dish I would definitely make again. Thanks!,Very easy and good recipe. As other reviewers commented, I too doubled the sauce, so I had a bit extra, and used more cheese. I really enjoy enchilada recipes that do not used canned sauce. Thanks for the post!
