Cheese Blintzes,Blintzes are out of this world and a great comfort food. These are to be served with sour cream or perhaps you’d like them with a fruit syrup. Courtesy of torahbytes.org.,The recipe itself was fine but…. 1.5 teaspoon of batter is not a crepe. It’s a baby bite. Also the filling/batter ratio is all wrong. I’m 90% sure the reviews here are all fake because if anyone had actually made this recipe, they would have has the same concerns as me. Also, there is raw (never cooked) egg in the filling. Umm… what?? Why would I want to eat raw egg in a cold filling? This recipe was a disaster and I never should have made it.,DELICIOUS!!! Easy recipe and we made it exactly as printed and they came out just perfect.
