Cheese Blintzes, Blintzes are out of this world and a great comfort food These are to be served with sour cream or perhaps you’d like them with a fruit syrup Courtesy of torahbytes org , The recipe itself was fine but 1 5 teaspoon of batter is not a crepe It’s a baby bite Also the filling/batter ratio is all wrong I’m 90% sure the reviews here are all fake because if anyone had actually made this recipe, they would have has the same concerns as me Also, there is raw (never cooked) egg in the filling Umm what?? Why would I want to eat raw egg in a cold filling? This recipe was a disaster and I never should have made it , DELICIOUS!!! Easy recipe and we made it exactly as printed and they came out just perfect

For Each Blintz, Melt 1 Teaspoon Butter in a 7" Skillet. |

Pour in 1-1/2 Teaspoons Batter, Spread Batter Completely Over Bottom of Pan. |

Cover Over Medium Heat Until Lightly Browned on One Side. |

Turn Crepe Over and Brown the Other Side. |
